Hoe maak jij onze klanten blij ?- Als NMBS willen wij continu een antwoord bieden op de evolutie van de markt en de verwachtingen van onze klanten. Jouw rol is hierbij cruciaal. Als Marketing Project Manager neem je de leiding in transversale marketingprojecten voor de B2B en B2C-klanten van NMBS. Je ontwikkelt en digitaliseert oplossingen en diensten met oog voor een optimale klantenervaring.- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- NMBS vervult een belangrijke maatschappelijke rol. We willen ervoor zorgen dat zoveel mogelijk mensen zich op een duurzame manier kunnen verplaatsen. Vele bevolkingsgroepen zijn dan ook gebruikers van onze treinen voor allerlei doeleinden. Denk maar aan dagelijkse woon-werk of woon-school-verplaatsingen, vrijetijdsuitstapjes (gezinnen, jongeren, groepen, senioren, enz.).- Als Marketing Project Manager bekleed je hierin een cruciale rol:
- Je bepaalt de projectscope (segmenten, product en prijs, kanalen, enz.) en identificeert welke middelen nodig zijn (op menselijk, financieel, technisch en operationeel vlak) voor een goede projectopvolging.
- Je stelt een kernteam samen dat projecten ontwikkelt en uitvoert.
- Je gaat op zoek naar oplossingen.
- Je rapporteert naar de stakeholders over de voortgang van het project.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de ‘Senior Marketing Manager’ en je maakt deel uit van een ervaren team van marketing project managers.- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Je behaalde een masterdiploma (of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
- Indien je jouw diploma in het buitenland hebt behaald, dien je in het bezit te zijn van een gelijkwaardigheidsattest afgeleverd door de Vlaamse Overheid (NARIC-Vlaanderen).- Je hebt een ruime ervaring (+ 8 jaar) in marketing, project, product of programma management.
- Je beschikt over onderstaande competenties:

- Je bent vertrouwd met de basistechnieken binnen marketing (go to market, CVP,) en binnen projectmanagement.
- Je werkt analytisch en met oog voor detail.
- Je communiceert vlot.
- Je kan je snel aanpassen.
- Je durft initiatief nemen en zoekt proactief naar oplossingen.
