**JOUW UITDAGING**:
Als Business Development Manager België ga je commerciële kansen benutten bij jouw doelgroep: B2B klanten, industrie, retail,. Je zet in op het genereren van nieuwe leads en je werkt proactief aan het ontwikkelen en verder uitbouwen van jouw klantenportefeuille.
Naast jouw commerciële taken, bouw je naar de toekomst toe ook mee aan het verder uitbouwen van het
sales team en denk je mee na over de commerciële strategie van Netto Group.

Netto Group is een ambitieus facilitair bedrijf dat zo een dertigtal jaar geleden is opgericht. Ze bieden hun diensten actief aan bij verschillende soorten klanten: kantoorgebouwen(B2B), retail, voedingssector of industrie.
Netto Group is een sterk groeiend bedrijf, met als gevolg dat ook het sales team zal uitbreiden naar de
toekomst. Na enige tijd heb je in deze rol de mogelijkheid om jouw eerste stappen te zetten richting een
Sales Manager rol.

Je hebt enkele jaren commerciële B2B ervaring in de facilitaire sector. Je bent doelgericht, ondernemend en kan zowel zelfstandig als in team goed werken. Je bent flexibel, kan snel bijleren en je bent sterk in het actief luisteren naar de klant. Tot slot hou je ervan om te werken in een professioneel team in een resultaatgericht en gezellig familiebedrijf.
