Binnen het team van Workspace Excellence bouw je mee aan een aantrekkelijke werkomgeving en sta je in voor het dagdagelijks beheer van alle oppervlakten en uitrustingen in de hoofd
- en regionale gebouwen. Door jouw nauwgezette opvolging blijven de space management data steeds up-to-date en verlopen de verhuizingen vlot.
**De job in een notendop**
Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van verhuisdossiers en kleine inrichtingsprojecten. Je volgt deze op van A tot Z: evaluatie aanvraag, in kaart brengen noden, onderhandelingen en communicatie, planning van de werkzaamheden en het voorbereiden van de verhuisfiches en bijhorende plannen.
Je houdt alle data up-to-date binnen Workspace Excellence.
Je hebt een doorgedreven kennis van de gebruikte systemen (autocad) en de manier waarop de data beheerd en gestructureerd worden.
Je zorgt voor documentatie van de processen en de kwaliteit van de gegevens.
Daarenboven ben je steeds op zoek naar optimalisaties en bouw je verder het databeheer uit in functie van nieuwe concepten of noden, dit in nauwe samenwerking met Workspace Systems.
Je zorgt voor de nodige monitoring en reportings, dit zowel voor recurrente vragen als voor ad hoc demands.
Een typische werkdag ziet er als volgt uit: Je brengt de noden in kaart bij een verhuis van een team en ondersteunt de verhuiscoördinators tijdens de verhuisvoorbereiding. Je zorgt voor een feilloze voorbereiding, communicatie en afhandeling van de verhuis. Je neemt waar nodig deel aan de planningsmeeting en zorgt ervoor dat alle input duidelijk is en doorstroomt naar de uit te voeren partijen. Daarna zorg je voor het bijwerken van de plannen en database zodat deze de realiteit weerspiegelen. Je levert een gevraagde reporting over het ruimtegebruik af aan de collega’s van Contract Management.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:
- Een bachelor diploma en/of mínimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
- Ervaring in workspace management met een bijzondere interesse in de evolutie in kantoorinrichting en in de werkplek van morgen.
- Gestructureerde, analytische geest en nauwgezet.
- Teamplayer met aandacht voor respectvolle samenwerking en open communicatie.
- Zin voor initiatief, optimalisatie en databeheer.
- Goede communicatievaardigheden: zowel mondeling als schriftelijk (rapporten, analyses,..).
Je scoort extra met:
- Tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans).
- Vlotte kennis van Autocad, Excel en PowerPoint.
