Accompagner la Ville dans la réalisation de ses projets depuis la conceptualisation jusqu'au support aux utilisateurs.

i-CITY compte environ 160 collaborateurs et est constamment à la recherche de nouveaux talents.

Pour soutenir notre client, nous sommes à la recherche d'un SDM avec des affinités avec les mondes de la Finance, du Procurement et du Développement urbain.

Fonction

En tant que SDM tu es le point de contact privilégié des clients qui te sont assignés et tu entretiens avec les différents fournisseurs une relation soutenue et orientée sur la satisfaction de tes clients. Au sein d'i-CITY, tu seras en contact étroit avec les chefs de projets, les program managers et l'équipe de Direction.

**Concrètement**:
Tu es responsable du suivi contractuel des fournisseurs et du respect des SLA's.

Tu anticipes les risques, tu es le point d'escalade et proposes les pistes de résolutions.

Vis-à-vis de tes clients, tu te profiles comme une interlocuteur «?hands on?» et de confiance.

En tant que SPOC tu communiques et fournis les reportings mensuels dans différents domaines?: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management et Release Management.

Tu as un rôle déterminant dans l'élaboration du budget RUN et tu monitores fréquemment le capacity planning.

Profil

Tu disposes d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans un rôle similaire.

Tu es titulaire d'un Master dans un des domaines d'activités (Finance, Procurement, Développement urbain).

Tu as une certification ITIL ou tu disposes de solides connaissances qui te permettent d'y prétendre.

ServiceNow, Dynamics (Finance & Operations) Vision et la suite Office 365 n'a ucun secret pour toi.

Tu es pragmatique, proactif et es doté d'un esprit analytique développé.

Tu as un esprit d'équipe.

Tu fais preuve d'agilité face aux changements.

Tu travailles rigoureusement et définis efficacement les priorités.

Orienté clients et résultats, tu possèdes de bonnes capacités de communication.

Tu as de grandes capacités de gestion de ressources.

Langues
