Als **dynamische en ondernemende Investment Manager** binnen het departement Asset Management laat je** je team groeien en verder vooruitgaan**. Je maakt het leven van je collega's en onze klanten aangenamer.
Ons departement Asset Management is Ethias op zoek naar een **Investment Manager** ter versterking van de Front Office, verantwoordelijk voor de financiële beleggingen (met € 18 miljard onder beheer).
Als Investment Manager beheer je een portefeuille van institutionele klanten in tak 23. Je verzorgt de relatie van A tot Z: de keuze van de vermogensbeheerder, de implementatie van het mandaat, **de fondsselectie**, de prestatiemonitoring
Samen met de Investment Manager-Fund Analyst selecteer en monitor je de activafondsen en investeringsmandaten en bereid je de documenten voor comités alsook revisienota's voor.
Afhankelijk van je expertise kan je ook gevraagd worden om de **Credit Manager (Corporate Bonds)** te assisteren bij het beheer in directe lijnen (_rechtstreeks gehouden effecten_) voor onze tak 21.
Je volgt actief de wereldwijde ontwikkelingen op de financiële markten op en voert ad-hoc marktonderzoeken uit, met de steun van jouw collega’s Investment Managers.
Tot slot ondersteun je ook het departement Life van Ethias: je werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten in tak 23 voor zowel Retail
- als Institutionele klanten.
Je kunt gemakkelijk en vlot communiceren? Dat komt dan goed uit Zoals je hebt gemerkt, sta je voortdurend in contact met onze interne en externe klanten en ben je de link met de externe beheerder die is aangesteld.
**Profiel** Deze job past perfect bij jou ? Dat is het geval, want...**
- Je hebt een masterdiploma in een kwantitatieve richting (actuariaat, wiskunde, engineering, economie). Je hebt een goed begrip van financiële beleggingen (aandelen, rentes, kredieten, alternatives...), van macro-economie en marktbewegingen.
- Je hebt kennis van investeringsinstrumenten, zoals CBI's, ETF's, AIF’s, gestructureerde producten, enz.
- Je hebt een eerdere ervaring opgedaan binnen de financiële afdeling van een verzekeraar of bank en je hebt een eerste ervaring met vermogensbeheer en/of beleggingsproducten.
- Idealiter heb je al enige ervaring met de rentemarkten.
- Je kunt gemakkelijk partnerships en relaties creëren op basis van vertrouwen.
- Je analytische geest is verbazingwekkend.
- Je bent op de hoogte van de ESG-ontwikkelingen, maar dat niet alleenJouw kennis van de verschillende concepten en uitdagingen is welkom.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en je hebt een goede kennis van de andere taal, en _of course... English_.
- Microsoft Office, Bloomberg en MorningStar hebben geen geheimen meer voor je. Net als het recept voor een goede chocolademousse.
- Je bent niet bang voor verandering of voor een verscheidenheid aan taken.
