**Functie**
Voor één van onze grote klanten, actief in de petrochemie in Antwerpen, zijn wij op zoek naar een Fuel Performance Assitant Ben jij op zoek naar een nieuwe opportuniteit met veel variatie binnen een klein team?

De Fuel Performance Assistant helpt bij het behalen van het jaarbudget - zoals vermeld in het 5-jarenplan - door gepaste acties te ondernemen zoals: opvolging van volumes, toegevoegde waarden en prijszetting, initialiseren van lokale marketingacties en veldbezoeken om de kennis van de lokale marktsituatie en -ontwikkelingen te onderhouden en te verbeteren. Zij doen dit voor de regio waarvoor zij verantwoordelijk zijn.

De Fuel Performance Assistant fungeert als contactpersoon voor klanten door hun vragen, opmerkingen en klachten te behandelen.

De Fuel Performance Assistant voert ook een aantal administratieve taken uit, zoals het opvolgen van de facturen van de stations van hun regio en moet de kennis van de gebruikte systemen up-to-date houden.

De Fuel Performance Assitant functiehouder:

- Zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige invoer van prijsgerelateerde informatie in het “pricing” systeem, zoals marktinformatie, concurrenten, prijzen van concurrenten en campagnes per station. Deze informatie wordt gebruikt om per station passende acties te bepalen zoals: kortingen aanpassen volgens de (lokale) prijsstrategie, Local Marketing Actions initiëren en continu evalueren.
- Bezoekt op regelmatige basis alle stations en gekoppelde concurrenten van zijn/haar regio om de kennis van de lokale marktsituatie en ontwikkelingen op peil te houden en te verbeteren.
- Voert foutloze verwerkingen uit van officiële overheidsprijswijzigingen.
- Fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor klanten m.b.t. vragen, opmerkingen, klachten etc. om het probleem op te lossen, dan wel over te dragen aan een meer geschikte afdeling.
- Zorgt voor een goede relatie met de bewakers om het niveau van de bewakers inzake verkoop te verhogen (prijszetting, communicatiemateriaal, delen van verkoopsblokkeringsinformatie,). Tevens dient de functiehouder de dealer te motiveren om ervoor te zorgen de prijsgegevens van de concurrenten te ontvangen.
- Voert administratieve taken uit voor de Q8 easy stations zoals: controle en codering van facturen, verwerking van belastingaangiftes, correspondentie, mailings, rapportering etc. en heeft up to date kennis van de gebruikte systemen.
- Is op de hoogte van en werkt in overeenstemming met het bedrijfsbeleid en de voorschriften met betrekking tot Q8 Veiligheid, Gezondheid en Milieu.
- Focust op support geven voor het team alsook administratieve taken en CSU taken.

**Profiel**
Je beschikt over volgend profiel?
- Je hebt een hoger onderwijs diploma, bij voorkeur een bachelordiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring in commerciële of marketingdiscipline).
- Je hebt een goede schriftelijke en mondelinge kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je hebt kennis van Microsoft Office prgramma’s (Word, Excel en PowerPoint), Indesign, Photoshop en Illustrator.
- Je kan goed functioneren binnen een team, je bent een teamplayer.
- Je bent flexibel.
- Je bent een creatief denker.
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je werkt klantgericht, customer focus is van groot belang
- Je bent open minded.
- Je bent een accurate werker met commercieel gevoel.
