Voor onze klant te Antwerpen zijn wij op zoek naar een Fuel Performance Assistant.

Binnen deze functie ben je o.a. verantwoordelijk voor volgend takenpakket:

- Je bent het eerste contactpunt voor klanten en helpt hen met hun vragen, opmerkingen en klachten. Wanneer nodig, stuur je deze cases door naar de verantwoordelijke afdeling.
- Je zorgt voor een correcte invoer in het pricingsysteem: marktinformatie, concurrenten en hun prijzen, campagnes per station,...
- Je voert foutloos () verwerkingen uit van overheidsprijswijzigingen
- Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning voor jouw verantwoordelijke regio. Dit doe je door o.a. het opvolgen, controleren en coderen van facturen, de verwerking van belastingaangiftes, het up to date houden van systemen,...
- Je bezoekt op frequente basis alle stations alsook verbonden concurrenten binnen jouw verantwoordelijke regio.
- Je stelt evaluaties en verbeteracties op per station

Profiel

Voor deze (eerste) opdracht zijn we op zoek naar een consultant die zich herkent in volgend profiel:

- Je behaalde een bachelordiploma (of gelijkwaardig door commerciële ervaring)
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Nederlands, Frans én Engels Je kan zeer vlot werken met MS Office (Word, Excel en PowerPoint). Kennis van Photoshop, Indesign en Illustrator is een plus.
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden
- Je bent een teamplayer die zich zonder problemen flexibel kan opstellen
- Je bent open-minded, nauwkeurig en klantgericht
