**Learning & development Specialist** in Berchem
**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:
- Je kunt **samenwerken** met het lokale bedrijfsleven om prioriteiten voor leer
- en **ontwikkelingsinterventies** te verduidelijken en advies te geven over de optimale leer
- en ontwikkelingsaanpak.
- Je staat in voor het **ontwerpen van leerprogramma's** voor alle niveaus in de organisatie: van het ontwikkelen van trainingen tot het evalueren van leerresultaten en het optimaliseren waar nodig.
- Je **creëert, organiseert, ondersteunt, coördineert en geef trainingen** in lijn met de behoeften van onze medewerkers en teams.
- Je combineert face-to-face training met virtuele lessen en e-learning.
- Je blijft op de hoogte van de **nieuwe trends en technologieën** op het gebied van leren en ontwikkelen en formuleer businesscases om indien relevant te implementeren.
- Je leidt de Learning & Development projecten van A tot Z.
- Je levert een bijdragen aan het ontwerp en de levering van programma's voor organisatieontwikkeling, zoals KN-gedrag, medewerkersbetrokkenheid en diversiteit en inclusie.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van subsidieprogramma's. Initiëren van het subsidiedossier en zorgen voor correcte uitvoering (verzamelen data, zorgen voor upload in relevante systemen), oog voor detail en sterke opvolging.
**De vereiste kwalificaties zijn**:
- Je bent in bezit van een **Bachelor of Master diplom**.
- Je hebt mínimaal **3 jaar professionele ervaring** in HR of projectmanagement.
- Je bent in bezit van **sterke projectmanagementv**aardigheden. Je kunt meerdere belanghebbenden betrekken en nauw opvolgen om het gewenste resultaat te behalen.
- Je bent in staat om de behoeften van de interne klant te verkennen en te begrijpen.
- Je bezit uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het **Engels en Nederlands**. Goede kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
- Je bent flexibel. Je zal gevestigd zijn in **Berchem.** We bedienen collega's in 16 KN-locaties in België en Luxemburg. Dit kan betekenen dat u naar de andere locaties moet reizen wanneer dat nodig is;
- Je hebt sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en bennt **stressbestendig.**:
- Je kan data beheren en creatieve en pragmatische conclusies formuleren.
- Je bent een ervaren gebruiker van **MS Office.**
