**Verantwoordelijkheden**
- Je treedt op als Program Manager binnen het Digital Transformation Office en rapporteert aan de DTO-directeur
- Je leidt de initiatie, ontwikkeling en implementatie van een strategisch programma in goede banen. Hiervoor werk je samen met verschillende verantwoordelijken en betrokkenen binnen de organisatie: businessverantwoordelijken, architecten, technische specialisten, change & communicatie verantwoordelijken, informatieveiligheidsspecialisten, enz.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor het bovengenoemde traject richting alle interne actoren binnen de organisatie.
- Vanuit de sturing van het programma volg je nauwgezet alle activiteiten en onderlinge afhankelijkheden op in lijn met de vooropgestelde doelstelling en mijlpalen.
- Je ondersteunt de definitie van de in
- en externe organisatiestructuur en de aanpak richting de betrokken implementatiepartners teneinde proactief bij te sturen richting vooropgestelde doelen.
- Je staat daarbij ook in voor de budgettaire opvolging voor de trajecten onder je verantwoordelijkheid binnen een overkoepelende digitale transformatie o.l.v. het Digital Transformation Office (DTO).
- Je integreert of legt de link met de noodzakelijke activiteiten op het vlak van change management en communicatie voor de realisatie van het programma. Hiervoor doe je beroep op de transversale capaciteit (centrale teams) die voor het gehele digitaliseringstraject actief zijn, teneinde een maximale afstemming te bereiken.
- Je treedt op als senior adviseur t.a.v. het DTO-management m.b.t. de organisatie van de ontwikkeling en beheer van het gerechtsdossierbeheersysteem en diens functionele en technische capaciteiten.
- Je treedt op als senior adviseur t.a.v. het DTO-management m.b.t. de praktische interne werking van het Program Management Office en/of het methodologisch kader i.f.v. de realisatie het voorziene gerechtsdossierbeheersysteem.
- Je assisteert het Digital Transformation Office in de ontwikkeling van digitalisatiestrategieën in het kader van het globale digitaliseringsprogramma.
**Responsabilités**
- Vous agirez en tant que gestionnaire de programme au sein du Digital Transformation Office et vous rapporterez au directeur du DTO.
- Vous dirigerez le lancement, le développement et la mise en œuvre d'un programme stratégique. À cette fin, vous collaborez avec différents responsables et parties prenantes au sein de l'organisation : responsables business, architectes, spécialistes techniques, responsables du changement et de la communication, spécialistes de la sécurité de l'information, etc.
- Vous êtes le point de contact pour le processus susmentionné vis-à-vis de tous les acteurs internes.
Du point de vue de la gestion du programme, vous suivez de près toutes les activités et interdépendances en fonction de l'objectif et des étapes fixés.
- Vous contribuez à la définition de la structure organisationnelle interne et externe et à l'approche des partenaires de mise en œuvre concernés, afin d'orienter de manière proactive vers les objectifs prédéfinis.
- Vous êtes également responsable du suivi budgétaire des projets sous votre responsabilité dans le cadre d'une transformation numérique globale menée par le Digital Transformation Office (DTO).
- Vous intégrez ou faites le lien avec les activités de gestion du changement et de communication nécessaires à la réalisation du programme. Pour cela, vous faites appel à la capacité transversale (équipes centrales) active pour l'ensemble du projet de digitalisation afin d'obtenir un alignement maximal.
- Vous agissez en tant que conseiller principal auprès de la direction du DTO en ce qui concerne l'organisation du développement et de la gestion du système de gestion des dossiers judiciaires et de ses capacités fonctionnelles et techniques.
- Vous agissez en tant que conseiller principal auprès de la direction du DTO en ce qui concerne le fonctionnement interne pratique du Program Management Office et/ou le cadre méthodologique en rapport avec la réalisation du système de gestion des dossiers judiciaires prévu.
- Vous assistez le Digital Transformation Office dans le développement de stratégies de numérisation dans le cadre du programme global de numérisation.
**Profiel**
Als Senior Program Manager voor het DTO beschik je over de volgende ervaring en/of eigenschappen:
- Zeer ruime ervaring (+15 jaar) als program manager en technology leader in het kader van digitaliseringstrajecten
- Zeer ruime kennis van en ervaring met alle aspecten van program en project management methodologieën en hun implementatie
- Recente en relevante ervaring met de ontwikkeling en implementatie van COTS gebaseerde Case Management Systemen
- Kennis en ervaring op het vlak van IT Service & Operations management
- Ervaring op het vlak van GDPR compliancy en/of een achtergrond in IT Security programma’s strekken tot aanbeveling.
- Leiderschapsvaardigheden met een focus op alle aspecten
