We are seeking a talented, experienced, and proven
**Global Services**
**Infrastructure Manager** to strengthen our
**Global Services group** with a passion for systems architecture and infrastructure management to support our transformation to XaaS service delivery models. We are looking for a motivated team player who has strong knowledge and track record of accomplishments of managing mission critical telecom infrastructure over the full lifecycle from design, transition, operations, and continual service improvement.

This person must have proven experience in managing communications network infrastructure from a service, cost, design, capacity, availability, and configuration perspective. A good knowledge and experience of working within both agile and traditional project management methodologies.

Experience with satellite communication systems is a plus.

The
**Global Services Infrastructure Manager** will play a key role in governing and expanding our global operations infrastructure which hosts multiple customer business operations.

**Responsibilities**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and direct all aspects of the 24 × 7 mission critical Global Service Delivery (XaaS) infrastructure operations; including planning, designing, implementing, deploying, supporting, and maintaining functions
- Develop policies and procedures for all infrastructure operations activities and take full ownership over these activities
- Establish plans and policies to ensure SLA’s and support business disaster recovery plans, including risk analysis, mitigation, and governance.
- Owns total Cost of Operation (TCOP) and capacity & availability models over the asset lifecycle
- Serve as the escalation point for operations and engineering teams that responds and resolves all infrastructure operational issues
- Manages and oversees the maintenance of all assets for the global infrastructure, including proactive maintenance on end-of-life components
- Reports key metrics on Global Services infrastructure operational activity
- Provides strategic direction for growth with business plans for technology infrastructure operations capacity planning
- Establishes high performance and optimized infrastructure, facilities and services; build for high availability
- Manage underpinning contracts & SLA’s with suppliers and service partners
- Support selection, qualification & procurement of 3rd party components

Qualifications:
**Your profile and qualifications**

**Education**:
BS in Engineering, computer science or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications/training, or equivalent work experience

**Skills & Qualities**:

- Customer focus collaborator to ensure the delivery of value.

**Additonal Skills**:

- Strong background in Telecom infrastructure and technology.
- ITIL service management certifications or proven experience.
- Agile Project management experience.
- A win-win attitude with good negotiation skills.
- Experience in reliability engineering (MTBF, MTTR,) is a plus.
