L’objectif de vos tâches est largement tributaire de la phase dans laquelle se trouve le projet sur lequel vous travaillez.

Par exemple: à un moment, vous serez complètement immergé.e dans la préparation d'un dossier ; tandis qu'un peu plus tard, après un appel téléphonique du responsable du site, vous sauterez en voiture et vous rendrez sur le chantier pour évaluer la situation sur place. Le lendemain, il se peut qu'un rendez-vous avec un client ou un fournisseur soit planifié, vous participerez à une réunion de coordination sur site ou mettrez à jour la facturation. Vous êtes avant tout le relais entre tous les différents acteurs d’un projet.

Tous, depuis leur propre fonction, comptent sur vous, pour obtenir de l'aide, des conseils et, dans certains cas, une direction.

**En quoi consiste concrètement cette fonction ?**:

- le suivi technique détaillé des projets
- le contact et suivi avec les fournisseurs, sous-traitants et chefs de chantiers
- le contact et négociation avec les clients (autorités) au cours de l’exécution du projet
- la gestion de la planification, qualité, sécurité, des dépenses et revenus
- l’élaboration des procédures et spécifications techniques
- le calcul et la présentation d'offres

- vous disposez d'une formation technique, de préférence un diplôme de bachelier ou un master (vous pourrez aller très loin)

- vous pouvez gérer des questions ou des situations complexes : grâce à vos connaissances et à votre expérience, vous recherchez la solution la plus efficace et effective

- vous maîtrisez le français (parlé/écrit) ; une connaissance du néerlandais est un atout
