**Wat zal je job inhouden?**:

- Het afwegen en bereiden van recepturen welke door de R&D teamleden zijn opgesteld
- Het aanvullen van het ingrediënt portfolio in de R&D keuken
- Stock niveau ingrediënten in R&D op het juiste niveau houden
- Het voorbereiden en versturen van stalen
- Het ondersteunen van smaaktesten
- Het analyseren van stalen in het labo en opstellen van laborapport
- Het verzamelen en verwerken van gegevens of data uit productie, labo analyses of smaakpanels ter ondersteuning van onderzoek-optimalisatie-en ontwikkelingsprojecten
- Praktische voorbereiding van en ondersteuning tijdens productietesten
- Op tijd en met de juiste kwaliteit aanleveren van afgewogen recepturen en laborapporten.

- Je hebt ingrediënt kennis en interesse in voedingstechnologie-koken
- Je hebt een zekere affiniteit met een labo-en productie omgeving
- Je kan zorgvuldig omgaan met vertrouwelijke gegevens
- Je bent creatief en flexibel ingesteld met een hand-on mentaliteit
- Je kan zelfstandig werken in overleg met R&D teamleden
- Goede kennis van het MS-office pakket
- Kennis van de **Engelse** taal
