We are currently looking for an Intern Customer Support to strengthen our team. Someone who strives at helping our clients with their day to day usage and ultimately allows them to achieve maximum value with our parking software. Izix is a smart parking company that strives at developing products and services that help our real estate and corporate clients digitize the way they manage their parking lots. And in doing so, we enable them to use their parking as a lever for better mobility in and around their buildings At Izix, you will work with young, motivated team members and support major clients from multiple industries across Western Europe.
As Customer Support Intern, you will be part of the Customer Success Team. The main mission of this team is to ensure the smooth adoption and continued usage of our software solutions by our clients. Your job will be to resolve customer queries and recommend solutions as well as guide product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to earn our clients’ trust.
Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.
As a Customer Support Intern you will:
- Provide basic and common assistance to our customers and users thanks to your broad understanding of our product
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Update support tools, documentation and templates (e.g. knowledge center)
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing team
**Requirements**:
- You like working in the startup scene and have a passion for SaaS. You don't mind going the extra mile if needed.
- You have a passion for products that solve real problems and enjoy working with corporate clients.
- Although you can work independently and efficiently, you like to work in a team environment.
- You do what you promise and you take ownership of tasks. You always try to go for the best quality possible. You understand the why of decisions and you suggest improvements when you see an opportunity.
- You always aim for quality so you actively and consistently strive to expand your knowledge. You like sharing your knowledge with colleagues and the world through different channels. You are able to give others honest, constructive and actionable feedback.
- You can communicate clearly, also in writing, taking into account who your audience is. You are always honest, but you are aware of the situation and always stay polite. You know which is the right channel for each message or question. You document everything and in such a way that everybody can understand what is happening and why.
- You are a problem solver and can handle tough situations without giving in to stress or impatience.
- Native speaker French, proficient in Dutch and English
