**Agile Coach Benelux (Diegem or Hoofddorp based)**
The Agile Coach will grow our organization by creating an environment of continuous improvement with the common goal of delivering outstanding results as quickly as possible. The Agile Coach is multi-faceted, with a deep knowledge of industry standards in coaching, mentoring, teaching and facilitating within a value stream. You will work directly with cross-functional, self-organizing Agile teams across the value stream to enable agility, collaboration, alignment and lean product-focused delivery based on outcomes through partnerships with Product Managers, People/Line Managers and various strategic partners to align on product strategy. This position has a Benelux scope and can either be based in Diegem or in Hoofddorp.
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the teams in a new way of working that will help us to be successful in a rapidly changing environment by aligning our strategies even better and faster with our customer's needs (by encouraging ownership and innovation)
- Responsible for scaling and optimizing Agile adoption across one or more value streams
- Coach business leaders, executives and partners to understand Agile and change the way they engage with challenges to ensure more value is delivered to the organization
- Coach the project teams, our partners and our leaders to adopt Agile practices and mindset
- Work with teams across the value stream to foster collaboration and bring alignment
- Challenge the status quo and expose organizational blind spots to identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Enable collaborators within a value stream to achieve exceptional outcomes through developing and facilitating group activities
- Act as an unbiased, neutral process holder while guiding the group to achieve outcomes
- Facilitate planning, alignment and conflict resolution in interpersonal relationships and large group settings
- Assess program and portfolio teams against Agile best practices and provide recommendations to teams and leadership
- Leverage expertise as an Agile-Lean Practitioner to support the organization in building competence in Agile frameworks, internalizing Agile values and driving innovation in our Digital Product Delivery
- Foster strong team health and ongoing maturity through team collaboration, problem solving, experimentation and working towards a product vision
- Create and execute on coaching strategies for the teams and value stream
- Escalate productivity constraints and organizational barriers to accelerating outcome delivery
- Provide training & mentoring to the organization. Leverage experience and expertise to develop and provide education on Agile best practices
- Offer options for action and facilitate innovative thinking to determine best steps forward
- Provide mentorship by sharing personal experiences and knowledge in a way that is aligned to mentee’s goals.
Your stakeholders include Cluster Lead, Country/Cluster HR Business Partner, Management Team and their teams and the Global Agile Coach Community as well as external coaching/trainer communities.

**WHO YOU ARE**:
- University degree (bachelor or equivalent) in business administration or similar skills and capabilities developed on the job with a minimum of 8 years of business experience, preferably in a marketing and/or commercial operations environment
- Previous experience in people management is preferred, advanced skills in mentoring and teaching
- Demonstrated scrum master / Agile coaching experience required
- Deep understanding of various Agile frameworks and practices (Certified Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org Product Owner, Scrum Master)
- Excellent skills to communicate at all levels and effectively
