Customer Loyalty Operator

Alors vous êtes le talent que nous recherchons pour rejoindre notre équipe Loyalty, dédiée à l’activité de rétention du portefeuille client, sous la supervision du Team Leader Michaël Legrand.
**Vos responsabilités**:
Traiter et suivre les demandes des clients contactés ou remontés par les autres services internes
- Effectuer la recherche d’informations pour la compréhension du dossier et l’identification de la raison d’annulation,
- Analyser le profil du client (Type de client, utilisation, paiement, historique,...), du système d’alarme et de services
- Assurer la gestion du dossier, la responsabilité du traitement des demandes de A à Z.
Obtenir l’accord, sécuriser la fidélité du client et préserver sa valeur
- Détecter les opportunités et la stratégie de rétention du client,
- Proposer des solutions commerciales adaptées à la situation du client,
- Valoriser le client, nos produits et les services de télésurveillance,
- Négocier avec le client et verrouiller l’accord.
Participez à l’amélioration continue de l’expérience client
- En lui délivrant la meilleure des expériences relationnelles,
- En remontant les expériences clients,
- En traçant les dysfonctionnements nécessitant une correction,
- En participant, grâce à votre expérience, à la recherche des pistes d’améliorations.
**Vous êtes la personne idéale si**:
- Vous êtes bilingue (néerlandais et français)
- Vous êtes connue et reconnue pour votre capacité d’élocution, d’écoute, votre goût de la relation client,
- Vous savez traiter les objections et élaborez une proposition orientée vers la solution,
- Vous êtes proactif, axé sur les résultats et suivez activement vos objectifs,
- Une expérience préalable dans un centre d’appel est un plus mais pas indispensable,
- Vous aimez les défis et êtes résistant au stress.
