SD Worx wants to **grow the small & medium-sized customer portfolio** in both emerging and mature markets/countries. To help realise this ambition we are looking for an International Field Marketing Manager SME (Small & Medium-sized Enterprises with < 250 employees).

The overriding responsibility of this role is to design and oversee the execution of multi-touch demand and lead creation programs, based on both inbound and outbound tactics, that drive pipeline creation and revenue growth in the SME segment.

This role reports to the Senior Vice President SME and dotted line to Chief Marketing Officer, and will work closely with its peer for the midmarket & enterprise segment, and with the Sales and Marketing teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop appropriate demand and lead generation strategies matching the SME business maturity in each of the countries where we go to the SME market (emerging/starting, scaling and mature):

- Embed SME in the local (website) infrastructure everywhere we have an active go-to-market, drive relevant traffic and optimize conversion rates;
- Refine content and messaging to match SME buyer persona and behavior, driving prospects further down the funnel;
- Understand the best ways to segment and leverage database marketing to drive more results;
- Drive innovation in go-to-market (eg install and support direct online selling wherever our value proposition and target group allow/require this, eg packaging);
- Deliver results and manage costs:

- Deliver the required MQL’s & marketing contribution to the annual sales results;
- Create and manage a budget that meets the goals for pipeline and business growth;
- Set program goals & KPI’s, analyze campaign results in detail, draw insights, and make data-based adjustments.
- Lead and guide a European team of dedicated SME field marketing professionals (currently 12 people) to successfully develop a comprehensive, full-funnel demand and lead generation strategy;
- Work closely with:

- SME direct and indirect sales to acquire new customers by defining target groups and objectives, building buyer personas and powerful campaigns, using data-driven insights;
- Service delivery to support up
- and crosssell and enhance customer satisfaction and customer life time value;
- Portfolio, solution marketing & sales enablement on bringing new features and products to the SME-market;
- The corporate marketing experts (SEO, SEA, brand, content, marketing automation, PR, internal comms, customer experience, ) to evaluate results tactic by tactic and optimize performance over time;
- Midmarket and enterprise field marketing teams to make sound agreements around all assets shared;
- Maintain a feedback loop between sales & marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and identify opportunities for pipeline acceleration and sales conversions;
- Be the advocate of the SME organization:

- Promote and deploy the overall SME strategy in both emerging and mature markets/countries;
- Support communication on strategy and progression to excom and board;
- Represent SME in all marketing and sales related conversations, ensuring that the SME organization can dispose of all the necessary resources and tools to successfully go to market (eg corporate content calendar, martech stack, brand building initiatives, approach inside sales representatives, )
- Manage metrics and operations reports for the executive committee;
- Build repeatable marketing playbooks and systems for further international roll-out in SME that can be measured, constantly iterated and scaled;

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years in creating and executing on demand & lead generation campaigns that grow business, preferably in the small and medium-sized enterprise market and/or in services or technology markets;
- Growth mindset with results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating);
- Expertise with B2B marketing tech stack including CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation tools (Pardot), CMS (Drupal), Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms;
- Expert in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, lead scoring, nurturing programs, list management, segmentation, and targeting;
- Thinks out of the box;
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to assess, prioritize, pivot, and problem-solve across multiple projects;
- Strong analytical expertise to set measurable goals and evaluate campaign effectiveness;
- Creative and analytical problem-solving skill;
- Advanced communication skills to communicate information clearly and effectively to stakeho
