Bij Belfius Technology kan je kiezen om door te groeien als expert (in engineering of domain), als people manager of als een combinatie van de beide. En dat kan je doorheen heel je loopbaan beslissen
Weet je het nog niet en wil je eerst op avontuur? Kies dan voor het programma Young Pro Tech: vier projecten van zes maanden naar keuze binnen Technology waarbij je telkens van team en project verandert.
Een greep uit onze 25 Young Pro Projecten: Develop Strategic Technology Dashboarding; Agile Lean Proces Optimisation; Increase Enterprise Architecture maturity; Regression Test Inventory Optimization; Expansion of the functionalities of Re=bel; Launch GenAI for HR; E2E Application & process monitoring for non-life Insurance; etc.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.
Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:
- een passie voor technologie, innovatie en/of data en je staat te springen om je kennis in praktijk te brengen in de bank
- en verzekeringswereld.
- een interesse in analyses, cijfers en/of procesoptimalisatie.
- een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in Informatica, Engineering, Sciences, Business Engineering of een economische richting en/of je hebt al enige Technologie-ervaring.
- een flinke dosis nieuwsgierigheid en communicatievaardigheden.
- vlotte kennis van Nederlands of Frans en Engels
Je scoort extra met:
- ervaring in functionele of business analyse, programmeerkennis of ervaring als junior projectleider.
