**Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (Hands-on CTO)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technological Leadership**: Make critical decisions on technological choices, ensuring seamless integration of our platform with third-party systems to leverage scalability and enhance front-end user experience.
- **AWS Cloud Platform**: Oversee and optimize our current cloud platform on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
- **API Integration**: Oversee the installation of various pilot APIs from different suppliers, ensuring smooth operation and integration with our ecosystem.
- **Hardware Oversight**: Maintain oversight over the electronic components, including our custom-designed chips and PCBs, while working closely with external partners to ensure high standards and innovation.
- **IoT Integration**: Ensure smooth integration with other IoT devices using Matter, MQTT, and the ESP32 platform. Facilitate direct communication between the app and the ModuleOne battery via Bluetooth.
- **Architectural Development**: Continue to refine and develop the complete system architecture, ensuring robustness, scalability, and innovation.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and external partners, to align technological advancements with business goals.
- **Energy Sector Knowledge**: Utilize your understanding of the energy sector to drive innovation and ensure our solutions are aligned with industry trends and needs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a CTO or similar, within a tech or cleantech startup.
- **Technical Expertise**: Strong knowledge of software development, API integrations, IoT systems, and electronic component design. Experience with AWS cloud platform, React Native (or similar), and ESP32 platform is highly desirable.
- **Entrepreneurial Spirit**: Demonstrated ability to lead innovative projects from concept to completion, with a hands-on approach and a problem-solving mindset.
- **Leadership Skills**: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide internal teams and external partners.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
- **Energy Sector Knowledge**: Knowledge and experience in the energy sector are a significant plus.
