Onze klant, een marktleider in de productie en verkoop van rekken, transportmaterieel, scheidingswanden en industrieel meubilair, versterkt zijn verkoopteam en werft een Technical Sales aan om de provincies Antwerpen en Limburg te beheren.

Na een periode van interne opleiding op technisch en commercieel gebied, zult u hoofdzakelijk verantwoordelijk zijn voor de prospectie en de ontwikkeling van de trouw van het cliënteel dat u hebt opgebouwd:

- Stel een diagnose van de klanten op basis van hun behoeften in ruimteplanning;
- Zoeken naar oplossingen die aangepast zijn aan hun behoeften (breed gamma producten);
- Het technisch ontwerp uitvoeren met de ondersteuning van het studiebureau;
- Presenteer het aanbod en onderhandel met de besluitvormers;
- Zorgen voor de opvolging van de business (bouwwerven, betalingen, tevredenheid na verkoop,...).

Vereiste kennis en vaardigheden:

- U heeft een technische en commerciële mindset, en succesvolle ervaring in B2B-verkoop in de industriële sector;
- U bent gemotiveerd en bereid om de uitdaging aan te gaan van prospectie op het terrein om nieuwe klanten te vinden en de omzet te ontwikkelen;
- U beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een gevoeligheid voor de technische kant van de zaak (opmetingen, 3D-markers);
- U bent op uw gemak met cijfers (in de zin van berekening);
- U bent autonoom en gewend om gedeeltelijk in een thuiskantoor te werken;
- U houdt evenveel van prospectie als van klantenbinding;
- Gesproken talen: Nederlands verplicht en kennis van Frans of Engels gewenst.
