**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor the IT services team, fostering professional development and ensuring timely project completion.
- **Service Management**: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, implement, and communicate service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs) to the IT team.
- **Project Management**: Facilitate and support new releases and deployments, ensuring smooth transitions with mínimal disruption to services.
- **Infrastructure Oversight**: Oversee upgrades, modifications, and deployments of IT infrastructure, ensuring effective execution of enhancements.
- **Incident Management**: Conduct root cause analysis of incidents, recommend and implement resolutions, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- **Risk Management**: Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential IT challenges.
- **User Support**: Serve as the primary contact for user inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective assistance.
- **Process Improvement**: Collaborate with team members to develop problem management procedures and service improvement plans, promoting best practices.
- **Reporting & Compliance**: Ensure adherence to SLAs, OLAs, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates on service performance.
- **Recruitment and Training**: Participate in the recruitment process and oversee the training, evaluation, and promotion of team members.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in IT service management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- **Educational Background**: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, service management frameworks (preferably ITIL), and incident management processes.
- **Leadership Abilities**: Excellent team leadership and mentoring skills, with a focus on motivating team members to achieve goals.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical abilities with a proactive approach to developing resolutions and implementing service improvements.
