Nous recherchons un Responsable Coordination et Capacité Emballage Secondaire et Graphismes (SPA), qui soit un leader, orienté résultats et communicatif pour nous rejoindre dans notre équipe des Technologies de Dispositifs, d'Emballage et Portables, basé dans notre campus UCB à Braine-l'Alleud, Brabant Wallon, Belgique.

**À propos du rôle**

Le Responsable SPA de la Coordination et de la Capacité dirige l'équipe de Coordination et de Capacité au sein du groupe des Opérations de Graphisme, supervisant ses activités de coordination SPA et d'opérations de capacité : depuis les activités prévisionnelles issues de la planification stratégique directionnelle jusqu'au suivi des propositions de changement émises pour définir l'impact sur les composants graphiques, assurant la livraison de nouveaux/modifiés graphismes pour les produits globaux d'UCB.

Vous dirigerez une équipe dédiée, travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes Réglementaires et de la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement pour assurer une collaboration et une communication étroites.

**Ce que vous allez faire**
- Gérer l'équipe, y compris la définition d'objectifs, le développement personnel, le support à la gestion du budget de l'équipe et la prévision/planification.
- Gérer des projets, y compris le programme de Graphisme & Étiquetage de bout en bout, la gestion du contrôle des changements, le cas échéant.
- Assurer la disponibilité en temps utile des livrables et des jalons clés.
- Réaliser des prévisions proactives sur la planification du portefeuille de produits SPA global et identifier ses besoins en capacité.
- Agir en tant qu'expert pour l'optimisation et le dépannage de la Coordination & Capacité en Emballage Secondaire et Graphismes.
- Gérer la création des Demandes de Graphisme nécessaires pour implémenter les changements.
- Fournir des rapports et des indicateurs de performance clés pour les activités d'Opérations de Graphisme et d'Emballage Secondaire.
- Renforcer les processus d'Étiquetage et de Graphisme et leur adhésion au sein de l'organisation.

**Intéressé ? Pour ce rôle, nous recherchons la formation, l'expérience et les compétences suivantes**
- Master en discipline pertinente ; la certification en gestion de projet est un plus.
- Maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais et du français.
- Expérience requise en emballage, de préférence dans l'industrie pharmaceutique.
- Expérience en production (emballage), connaissance de SAP ou expérience de la gestion des graphismes/masterdata est un plus.
- Expérience en gestion d'équipe est requise
