- Ensure day-to-day operational support and control
- Provide ad hoc project support
- Issue management and reporting
- Point of contact towards internal and external clients
- Guarantee business continuity and customer satisfaction

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
- Proven expertise in MS Office
- Familiarity with various IT tools
- Strong interest in finance and banking products (a plus)
- Languages: French and Dutch (excellent written and spoken communication skills) + English (very good proficiency)
- Excellent communication skills, diplomatic and customer-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Stress-resistant and flexible
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and quality-oriented
