**Als Project Manager bij Flexso...**:
begeleid en adviseer je klanten hun specifieke HR transformatie, waar technologie (denk hierbij aan SAP SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, Concur, ) meestal een sleutelrol in speelt. Een succesvolle **projectoplevering**, **klanttevredenheid** en een **gemotiveerd team** zijn het resultaat van je betrokkenheid. Vanuit je ervaring in HR win je het vertrouwen en bouw je een **duurzame relatie op** met kanten, collega’s en stakeholders. Je **verdeelt** de taken, **coördineert** en **volgt** alles nauwgezet **op, je enthousiasmeert** en haalt het beste uit je team. Je werkt nauw samen met de solution architect en zorgt ervoor dat elk project binnen **planning en budget** blijft.

- ** 3 à 5 jaar ervaring** met end-to-end HR projecten, bij voorkeur technologie gerelateerd.
- Je bent vertrouwd met verschillende** HR processen **en praktijken.
- Je bent **resultaat**:

- en **oplossingsgericht**.
- Je bent **flexibel**, **gemotiveerd** en **positief** ingesteld.
- ** Organiseren**, **opvolgen** en **projectmatig** werken zijn je sterktes. Kennis van **projectmethodologie** (SCRUM, Prince2, Activate...) is een pluspunt.
- Je bent een actieve luisteraar met een **analytische mindset**.
- Collega’s en klanten kunnen op je rekenen. Door je team te **inspireren**, **aan te sturen** en **begeleiden** ben je de **drijvende kracht** achter elk project.
- Je spreekt **Nederlands** of **Frans**, en ook je **Engels** is uitstekend.
