- en compensatiesystemen. Wij streven ernaar om werkgevers te ondersteunen bij het creëren van innovatieve en op maat gemaakte oplossingen voor een optimaal compensation & benefits beleid. Als groeiend bedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een tijdelijke en deeltijdse (40%) Legal Expert Compensation & Benefits om ons team te versterken.
**Functieomschrijving**:
Als Legal Expert binnen het Flex Reward team, zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het bieden van juridische expertise op het gebied van loonoptimalisatie, functieclassificatie, flexibele verloningsystemen waaronder zgn cafetariaplannen, beleidsontwikkeling etc. Je zal nauw samenwerken met ons flex reward team om analyses en oplossingen op maat aan te reiken en uit te werken voor onze klanten.
**In deze context, zal je onder andere**:
- Juridische support bieden in kader van de analyse en implementatie vancafetaria-plannen
- Juridische analyses uitvoeren en advies verstrekken
- Expertise bieden op vlak van payroll
- Wetgeving vertalen naar praktische oplossingen
- Consultancy bieden aan interne en externe belanghebbenden
- Opstellen en aanpassen van juridische templates en documenten en een hands-on mentaliteit hebben
- Algemeen beleid ondersteunen en verbeteren
- Redactionele kwaliteit waarborgen
- Compensation
- & benefits audits uitvoeren
- Bruto-netto scenario's uitwerken
- Optimalisatie van loonstructuren nastreven
- Bijdragen aan het flexibiliseren van beloningspakketten
**Vereisten**:
- Master in de Rechten met aantoonbare en degelijke expertise in compensation & benefits
- Ervaring met juridische ondersteuning in kader van cafetariaplannen, classificatiesystemen, verloningsystemen en beleidsontwikkeling
- Kennis van compensation & benefits &payroll
- Vermogen om complexe juridische kwesties te analyseren en pragmatische oplossingen voor te stellen
- Uitstekende communicatie
- en presentatievaardigheden
- Teamspeler met het vermogen om effectief samen te werken
- Proactieve en resultaatgerichte werkmentaliteit
- Flexibiliteit en aanpassingsvermogen in een snel veranderende omgeving
- Uitstekende redactionele vaardigheden en oog voor detail
- Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van het Frans
- Bereid om deeltijds aanwezig te zijn op ons kantoor in Brussel en bereid om zich occasioneel te verplaatsen naar onze klanten binnen België
