**Functie**:
Als expert werk je het compensation & benefits beleid van Jessa verder uit, ondersteun je de implementatie hiervan en zorg je ook continue voor (financiële) optimalisatie.
Je zorgt hierbij dat het beloningsbeleid de strategie en uitdagingen van Jessa ondersteunt.
Je bepaalt dus mee de visie en je past deze aan de huidige (en toekomstige) noden aan zoals meer flexibiliteit en maatwerk (o.a. variabele verloning, cafetariaplannen, enz.)
Je ondersteunt de implementatie hiervan door het beleid te vertalen naar de verschillende afdelingen en doelgroepen. Je ondersteunt je collega’s in het uitdragen en consistent toepassen van dit beleid.
Je neemt het initiatief om te innoveren in ons beleid en adviseert hierover ook in interne/externe comités en werkgroepen.
Je zorgt ook voor regelmatige benchmarks om ervoor te zorgen dat we competitief blijven.
Daarnaast maak je deel uit van het HR-team en werk je dus ook mee (vanuit je rol en expertise) aan HR-projecten.
**Profiel**:
- Je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma in een relevante richting.
- Je hebt een doorgedreven kennis van payroll en bij voorkeur 5 jaar ervaring in compensation en benefits.
- Je bezit een grondige kennis van sociale en fiscale wetgeving.
- Je bent innovatief, oplossings
- en resultaatgericht.
- Je hebt de nodige impact en overtuigingskracht.
- Je werkt graag projectmatig.
