To support the growth of TriTechnology, we are looking for an experienced **Business Manager**. The role entails collaborating with internal colleagues, being the point of contact for our clients and building relations with consultants.

Your challenge
As Business Manager, you will be part of the internal team of TriTechnology. Close collaboration with your colleagues as well as being in contact with our clients is a key aspect of your job.
You are able to understand the needs of our clients. Creating new business and further develop existing clients gives you energy. Additionally, you will propose several pragmatic solutions in a hands-on way. You will build strong relations with our clients and consultants and will be recognized as a true partner in business. Last but not least, business development excites you as well as ensuring a close follow-up of the consultants and Interim Managers performing at our clients
**Profile**:
You feel connected to the TriTechnology filosofie and have a strong belief in furthering people
You have between 5 to 10 years of experience in Sales in a service environment and/or consulting
You are commercially and customer oriented and have strong communication and persuasion skills
You are a real team player, showing at the same time a personal drive to achieve goals
You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on attitude
You are able to understand the business of our clients is what you’re good at and you have strong networking skills
You get your sales energy out of the hunt for new opportunities
You have a Master degree in a business-related discipline and are fluent in Dutch and have a proficient knowledge of English and French.
An IT-background or affinity is an asset
