About the role

You will be a member of Pfizer’s dedicated and highly effective quality assurance, training and SOP team for the Phase 1 Clinical Research Unit. You will be responsible for activities involved in developing and maintaining quality training programs, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with established standards and agency guidelines. Thanks to you, we will be prepared for all upcoming audits and inspections. You will be relied on to ensure that the training programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly. You will make sure that there are uniform standards and best practice sharing, which will help in fostering the achievement of the company's mission globally.

You provide guidance to operational teams for managing training projects. Through your comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts and theories of learning and training development, you will also work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies. You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between different teams. It is your hard work and commitment that will make Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.

Main responsibilities- Provides leadership for training and education for the full PCRU (Pfizer Clinical Research Unit) staff- Responsible for working-out and implementation of the PCRU training strategy- Assesses, plans, and implements the on-boarding processes for staff joining the PCRU- Responsible for leading the On-The-Job training for the PCRU Clinical staff- Supports PCRU staff in meeting the learning needs for enhancing job performance- Provides leadership and expertise in training and procedure authoring for PCRU systems and processes- Confers with PCRU management and conducts surveys to identify training needs based on PCRU’s vision and missions, processes, changes, and other factors

About you- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree- French (C1), Dutch (C1) and Business English (C1)- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects- Knowledge of GCP, scientific, clinical, and clinical research environment- Experience partnering with teams to assist with change awareness and adoption efforts
