**Functiebeschrijving**
Ben jij op zoek naar een job waarbij sociaal contact belangrijk is, en is een ongedwongen en informele werksfeer jouw ding dan ben je hier zeker aan het juiste adres Voor de site te Brussel zijn we opzoek naar iemand die instaat voor de noden van de klanten. Je zal instaan voor:
- Het opvolgen van de inkomende goederen op onze werf
Hiervoor ga je de werf zelf dagelijks betreden dit om de logistieke kant op te volgen
- Opvolging van de arbeiders en evalueren van de werking
- Input van gegevens & opvolging van de goederen is zeer belangrijk
- Ondersteunen van de werfverantwoordelijke waar mogelijk
- Opmaak en opvolgen van tenders en interesse tonen in de circulaire economie
- Mails en telefoons beantwoorden
Je werkt telkens van maandag tot vrijdag waarbij glijdende uren een mogelijkheid zijn. Je werkt in een team waar sfeer belangrijk is en waar iedereen elkaar kent en kan aanspreken.
**Functie-eisen**
Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en van het Nederlands
- Een goede kennis met MS-Office (vooral Word en Excel)
Een eerste ervaring met een ERP is een pluspunt (bv SAP)
- Georganiseerd zijn staat gelijk aan efficiënt werken
- Je hebt een goede teamspirit
