Arval werd opgericht in 1989 en maakt deel uit van de groep BNP Paribas. Al 30 jaar bieden we onze klanten en bestuurders de beste oplossingen om de uitdagingen van vandaag en morgen het hoofd te bieden. We bieden onze klanten eenvoudige, snelle, doeltreffende en complete mobiliteitsoplossingen die perfect aansluiten bij hun behoeften, omdat onze rol veel verder gaat dan alleen operationele leasing. Die oplossingen - onze producten en diensten - zouden niet bestaan zonder de belangrijkste factor erachter: onze medewerkers.

Om de afdeling Global Operations te versterken, zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **logistic expert.** Je definieert de strategie voor logistiek en logistieke oplossingen samen met externe partners. Je monitort deze strategieën en evalueert de waarde aan het optimaliseren van prestaties en kostenbesparing. Je zorgt mee voor de implementatie van logistieke initiatieven en je bent verantwoordelijk voor de follow-up van de relatie met partners (inclusief prestatie-monitoring).Je rapporteert aan het head of vehicle & logistics.

**Waaruit bestaan je taken**
- Je werkt nauw samen met de managers binnen Global Operations en meer specifiek het head of vehicle & logistics om de strategie en initiatieven voor logistics te definiëren.
- Je implementeert de logistics strategieën in samenwerking met alle stakeholders. Je vertaalt doelstellingen naar concrete acties, activiteiten en resultaten.
- Je bouwt partnerships met lokale logistieke bedrijven.
- Je werkt samen met stakeholders om SLA-prestatie en kostenbesparing te bewaken.
- Je draagt zorg voor procesverbetering, digitalisatie en innovatie met behoud van klanten.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van het jaarplan en het realiseren van doelstellingen in samenwerking met het head of vehicle & logistics.
- Je blijft relevant in je domein: je volgt marktinnovaties op waardoor je een proces kan verbeteren en innovatieve oplossingen kan voorstellen.
- Je biedt ondersteuning bij de strategie voor data (gegevensverzameling).
- Je werkt nauw samen met het Procurement team met betrekking tot logistieke aanbestedingen.
- Je denkt afdeling overschrijdend en maakt de vertaalslag naar logistiek.

**Wie ben jij?**
- Enkele jaren ervaring in logistieke processen, met voorkeur in operationele - leasing of automotive sector.
- Je vertaalt jouw visie door naar operationele taken. Je anticipeert op evaluatie van business en strategie.
- Projectmatig werken, resultaatgericht en sterke communicatie skills zijn een must voor deze rol.
- Je voert change door en ondersteunt deze in de verschillende teams en je genereert ‘people’s commitment’. Gemaakte beslissingen vertaal je op een constructieve manier door naar de teams.
- Creativiteit en problem solving zitten in je natuur.
- Je bent klantgericht: beslissingen die je neemt en doorvoert zijn een meerwaarde voor de klant.
- Proactiviteit is een vanzelfsprekendheid.
