**Description de l'emploi**
Au sein de l’activité « Branding » de la Direction Marketing & Pricing, vous participez au développement de la marque Ethias en garantissant une cohérence dans les différents canaux et vis-à-vis des différents groupes cibles afin d’attirer de nouveaux clients et de gagner leur confiance (attachement à la marque).
Responsabilités
Dans cette fonction **remplie de défis**, vous élaborez un plan cohérent pour un **mix média optimal** (TV, radio, presse...) aussi bien online et offline Concrètement, vous assurez des **communications** pertinentes (actions / campagnes 360°) en tenant compte de différents facteurs : objectifs, groupes cibles, produits et budget.
En fonction de vos intérêts, vous êtes toujours à la recherche de **nouvelles idées liées au marché** (nouvelles techniques de l’univers média), vous en informez les parties prenantes et les **mobiliser afin de réaliser vos actions**. Cela concerne d’une part les collaborateurs internes, et d'autre part, vous mettez les **partenaires externes** au défi de nous fournir un contenu sur mesure
Enfin, vous êtes responsables d’analyser les **résultats de chaque action** afin de les améliorer constamment en tenant compte des budgets disponibles.

Pour remplir cette fonction, vous devez avant tout être **orienté résultat** (ex. : atteindre ses objectifs) et respecter les échéances. Vous êtes capable de **r**emettre en question **certaines propositions et avoir la **créativité** nécessaire pour apporter des solutions
Nous tenons compte des éléments suivants:
- Vous avez 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en marketing et/ou communication
- Vous travaillez de manière autonome, minutieuse et organisée
- Vous êtes un teamplayer
- Vous maitrisez parfaitement le néerlandais et avez de bonnes connaissances en français
- Vous avez l'œil pour détecter les besoins des différents groupes cibles et les tendances de la société et de l’ADN d’Ethias.
- Vous faites évoluer l’activité dont vous êtes responsable et travaillez de manière proactive
