**DESCRIPTION**

**Key responsibilities**
- Be a trusted advisor on a wide range of Workforce Planning & Analytics related topics
- Manage and deliver Workforce Planning & Analytics projects
- Support development of innovative solutions through key partnerships and external tech vendors
- Assess capability gaps in both a quantitative and qualitative way

**Forecasting & Planning**:

- Calculate forecasts to optimize staff deployment and balance workload when normal working conditions and when labor demands change (e.g.: Actual volumes vs forecast, sickness, new contracts, etc.)
- Monitor staff resources that are needed for regular activities and all other operations during a particular time of the year (e.g.: seasonal peaks or holiday demand, extreme weather events)
- Create the budget to the correct level of staffing in line with the Head of Operations and verify on a monthly basis that the budget is achieved and inform the Head of Operations in case of inadequacy
- Design individual and collective schedules according to workload forecasts, employee wishes, holiday planning, unforeseen absences, trainings and meetings and/or exceptional working conditions
- Planning optimization:

- Create the necessary shift patterns for the assistance staff to reach the SLAs
- Conduct governance meetings to review planning and refine needs with main stakeholders (Ops, Customer Experience,..)
- Update daily, weekly, monthly and forecast dashboards in link with the Hypervision Officer
- Identify and deploy improvements in planning and productivity including cross department / country synergies / fluid working opportunities
- Design workforce management steering procedures and strategies
- Communicate to the business the possible issues and solutions together with the Head of Operations

**Absenteeism and overtime management**:

- Anticipate the effects of absenteeism and propose actions to reduce its impact
- Validate requests for absence and overtime, and enter data into the time registration system (MyProtime)
- Collect and record all absenteeism statistics at operational level
- Propose corrective actions in collaboration with the operations management to reduce absenteeism

**Reporting**:

- Manage daily, weekly and monthly operational reports on delays, productivity at both global and individual levels
- Update the data of the assistance staff (phone numbers, preferences for planning,...)

**Reporting AND working relationships**:

- Reporting to the Head of Operations Benelux
- Close collaboration with Team Leaders
- External suppliers and third-party business associate

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- University degree preferably in field such as Business, Economics, Mathematics
- Approx. 5 years relevant working experience in workforce forecasting, planning optimization and reporting
- Understand business goals and translate those goals into actionable insights on how to improve talent management processes
- Experience of working with workforce data models and tools (BI Tools, SWP tooling, Python and R) is a plus
- Data driven analytical thinking, as well as strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent eye for the people impact of planned and ongoing automation initiatives
- Strong team player, who demonstrates ownership by working independently on key activities
