**Your mission**:
We’re on the lookout for a UX/UI Designer who will be part of the Product Team in the Product and Engineering department. You're a designer with a keen eye for detail, communicative and with a good dose of experience in UX.

As one of two UX/UI Designers you'll be the right hand to our analysts and product owner, helping them make the right decisions, deciding on the best user experience, designing the user interface and interacting with users to help guide our product direction.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Maintain and improve our design system and support the team’s continuous effort of consolidating our UI & UX design system.
- Help take informed product decisions by carefully assessing the trade-off between value, usability and feasibility. These factors are key in creating user-centric and value driven designs.
- Conduct interviews to explore new problems and opportunities, test new features and build a deep understanding of our users through qualitative and quantitative research and data.
- Iteratively improve current designs, increase consistency and enhance accessibility.
- Enhance the implementation of user tracking and analysis to facilitate the user experience and nurture feature adoption.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Minimum of 2 years working experience in UX/UI, ideally in a fast-paced environment like a SaaS company or a digital product agency.
- Demonstrated experience with end-to-end design processes on a feature, product or project.
- Proven understanding of usability testing and prototyping.
- Confident in conducting and facilitating user interviews and speaking with business stakeholders.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries and you can maintain and contribute to them.
- You take initiative and can work autonomously; however, you are not afraid to ask for help or additional information when needed and love to work in a team.
- You're a fast learner and able to understand the complexity of our product.
- Experience with Figma, it's a plus if you have experience with Intercom and data analytics tools.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
