In **Tribe Daily Banking & Client First**, you are part of the domain “**Savings & Term Accounts**” in the area ‘**Savings and Life Events**”, and you will strongly collaborate with other tribes.

As a Customer Journey Expert in Savings and Term Accounts, **your responsibilities** will include:

- Translating the bank and tribe strategy to concrete initiatives within the scope of Savings and Term accounts.
- Contributing to the delivery roadmap of digitalization of Savings and Term accounts to maximize business value.
- Managing of risks within the scope of Savings and Term accounts and contributing to a secure bank by respecting the regulations.
- Working on strategic & complex projects laying the foundation of a leading mobile lead organization.
- Actively participating and taking initiative to improve the collaboration between different stakeholders and colleagues in other teams
- Play an advisory role in your core field of expertise & competence towards other teams & senior management
- Evaluating our delivery way of working with the aim to continuously improve it

- You have expertise / relevant senior experience in retail banking market, (digital) proposition design, regulations, and a strong belief that digital is the way forward to empower our clients
- You combine strong analytical capabilities with creative mindset to find solutions to complex problems. You bring clarity and structure by developing helicopter views and removing complexity when needed.
- You have a real obsession to exceed customer expectations by developing a differentiated customer experience (channels, products & services).
- Change, innovation & testing is part of your DNA: you are interested in how the world evolves and translate this into the continuous improvement of our customer propositions & way of working.
- You thrive in a feedback driven team environment.
- You hold a master’s degree and are qualified with relevant experience.
- You are fluent in French or Dutch AND English.
