**_Brief Job Description_**
- Provide and manage the framework for the integration process
- Execute the planning and organize the follow-up
- Manage the integration budget and follow up on synergies
- Interact with and coordinate between the different workstreams with a focus on interdependencies and blocking factors

As Project Manager Integration Office - PMO, you will be responsible for the following:_**
**_ Function Description_**
- Setting up and supporting the governance bodies
- Acting as a single point of contact and coordinating all aspects of integration
- Structuring the master plan and monitoring the progress of the integration(Scope, Time,
- Budget follow-up)
- We monitor KPIs and risks and propose alternative approaches to improve integration results.
- Closely monitoring the business case in terms of revenues, synergies, and project costs
- Report directly to the Head of Integration
**Requirements**:
**_ Experience and Knowledge_**
- At least 5-10 years of relevant experience
- You have experience in an agile environment, preferably in significant transformation initiatives
- You have worked within or together with several departments within the bank
- You know the BNPP Fortis organization and are familiar with the set-up
- You quickly build bridges between people and stakes
- You are quick at connecting the dots and providing the helicopter view of the Integration initiative

Business Experience_**
- You can persuade but at the same time listen to your stakeholders
- You can work autonomously and feel comfortable reporting to senior management and the executive level of the bank
- You have a natural feel for planning and know how to define, realize, and implement a target vision
- You are delivery oriented and learn how to ensure a dynamic for rapid decision-making
- You work precisely and accurately both in the follow-up and in reporting

- Dutch native or French fluent
- French native or Dutch fluent
- English Passive knowledge in addition to active expertise in at least one local language
