**Solutions Specialist - UK & DACH**

**Role location**: Zaventem, Belgium

As a Solutions Specialist, you will be the trusted partner for our customers based in the DACH countries and the UK to guide them and provide technical support on Hologic Breast and Skeletal Health products. You will own a solution to the challenges presented and will engage the relevant expertise when you require additional support. We are looking for a true team player passionate about communication and working in a diverse environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather all information required that will assist in root cause analysis to ensure customer uptime
- Participate in continuous improvement on our processes & service delivery
- Take ownership to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Willing to become a recognized and trusted expert in Hologic products
- While remaining compliant, perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis on advanced products and own next actions

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Fluent verbal and written English and German language skills are essential
- Customer Support Experience
- Adaptability in a fast pace growing and changing environment
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently, with sense of initiative and a hands-on approach
- Having biomedical background will be advantageous
