**Vacatureomschrijving**
Als **Supervisor Invoicing Technology** ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van diverse teams, het beheren van contracten en het optimaliseren van onze facturatie processen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om zowel operationele als strategische doelen te behalen.- Begeleiding en ondersteuning van de teams **Invoicing Officer**, **Technical Assistant**, en **Contract Officer**.
- Monitoren en opvolgen van KPI’s binnen de verschillende teams om prestatieverbeteringen te waarborgen.
- Zorgdragen voor de correcte invoer van contracten en toezien op de geldigheid (verplichte documenten, enz.) en consistentie van de contracten.
- Zorgdragen voor een tijdige en nauwkeurige facturatie volgens de contractuele voorwaarden, en bijdragen aan de vermindering van onbetaalde facturen.
- Implementeren van IT-projecten, innovaties en procesverbeteringen op basis van de behoeften van de teams.
- Toezicht op de naleving van het managementsysteem en de informatiebeveiligingsvoorschriften.
**Functie-eisen**
- Bachelor diploma (of mínimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring.).
- Ervaring in facturatie of in een vergelijkbaar vakgebied is een pluspunt.
- Affiniteit met cijfers en administratieve taken.
- Goede computervaardigheden en kennis van informatiesystemen (MS Office).
- Meertalig (NL/FR/ ENG), zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden.
- Stressbestendig en in staat om binnen strikte deadlines te werken.
- Nauwkeurig, punctueel, en proactief.
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken en initiatief nemen.
