From air, soil and gas to water and other liquids: at DESOTEC, we purify through **sustainable, mobile filter solutions** based on activated carbon. Through a smart **rental model**, our filters are distributed to production companies all over Europe. When the carbon inside of the filters is saturated, we make sure to retrieve it for **reactivation**. That is how we **unburden our customers** of the administrative, moral, logístical and ecological consequences of their purification needs. The result: they can focus 100% on what really counts - sustainable production.

Why are we looking for a temporary Learning & Development Expert?
Are you passionate about HR and seeking an exciting opportunity? We are currently searching for a highly motivated individual to join us as a temporary Learning & Development Expert, starting no later than mid-October (as our current Learning & Development Expert will be going on maternity leave from mid-November).

As a Learning and Development Expert, you will:
- Lead new hire orientation and onboarding experiences, aligning them with DESOTEC's exponential growth.
- Collaborate closely with key business partners to identify training needs and develop solutions that enhance skills and support ongoing growth across the Desotec Group.
- Organize, plan, and deliver internal training programs, and when appropriate, coordinate with external partners.
- Define metrics to measure the overall effectiveness of all learning and development initiatives.
- Take ownership of our Learning Management System (iSpring).
Who are you as a Learning and Development Expert?
- A graduate (Master) in HR or Organizational Psychology, seeking your first working experience in HR Management. If you already have relevant experience and are ready for a new adventure, we welcome you too
- Ability to collaborate with various leadership stakeholders to drive talent development strategies throughout the organization.
- Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to provide concise actionable insights.
- Understanding of adult learning methods and instructional design to create impactful training materials.
- Strong communication and writing skills in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on planning, productivity, and problem-solving.
- Reporting directly to the HR Director.
