**Omschrijving**:
Unique Gent gaat als rekrutering en selectiepartner op zoek naar een **Quality officer** voor een milieu labo in de regio van **Nazareth**.
**Een greep uit jouw takenpakket**:
- Je dient accrediterende en certificerende normen te vertalen naar protocols, werkvoorschriften, beleid en methodes. Consequenties van wijzigingen kan je beoordelen en vertalen naar de praktijk. Wijzigingen in methodes dienen vanzelfsprekend aan te sluiten op de wettelijke en door de markt gestelde eisen.
- Je rapporteert als Kwaliteitscoördinator aan de QESH-manager in Barneveld (NL) en staat in nauw contact met het QA-team in Nederland.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en uitvoeren van beleid ten aanzien van QA, waaronder:
- Beheer van de desbetreffende procedures, werkvoorschriften, formulieren en meetapparatuur;
- Zorgdragen dat het kwaliteitssysteem voldoet aan de gestelde criteria;
- Meewerken aan het verkrijgen van de erkenning of accreditatie van nieuwe methodes;
- Toezien op de naleving van (externe) richtlijnen, procedures en normen;
- Opstellen van kwaliteitsdoelen, procedures en werkinstructies in samenspraak met de uitvoerenden;
- Het initiëren, begeleiden, faciliteren en uitdagen van teams bij verbeterinitiatieven voortkomend uit kwaliteit;
- Het managen, uitvoeren en opvolgen van interne systeem-, proces-, kantoor
- en veldaudits;
- Verzorgen van trainingen en opleidingen voor medewerkers op gebied van kwaliteit, milieu en veiligheid.
**Profiel**
- Je behaalde minstens een (wetenschappelijk) bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur op het gebied van chemie en kwaliteit
- Kan je terugblikken op 3 jaar ervaring in een laboratorium
- en productieomgeving? Dat is een pluspunt
- Kennis van EN-ISO/IEC 17025 en ISO 14001 en relevante wetgevingen is een voordeel
- Je bent in staat om op effectieve wijze veranderingen door te voeren;
- Je bent communicatief sterk (schriftelijk en verbaal), ondernemend en in het bezit van een gezonde dosis lef
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse, Engelse als Franse taal
