The FP&A Manager role is responsible for providing management with key information on actual results, including forward-looking analysis and reports. The role will deliver financial insight to support the business and Finance in driving performance and value to Vesuvius.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Produce standard and ad hoc reports, incl. variance analysis and relevant, insightful and accurate commentary

2. Conduct scenario analysis and modelling using data visualization tools to support business decisions

3. Monitor performance and provision of regular insight into the drivers of performance, highlighting opportunities to maximize growth

4. Provide day-to-day decision support activities, financial management and analytics to understand drive business performance.

5. Create and maintain dashboards and standard management packs

6. Ensure budget / forecasting, business review, and other management reporting deadlines are met

7. Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis, as required to support decision making

8. Identify process improvement opportunities and support the delivery of improvements in processes, systems and procedures

9. Ensure documentation of relevant processes is created and maintained

10. Support internal and external audit queries

**Requirements**:
**Experience**
- Commercial Finance acumen, with preference for manufacturing or similar industry with multi-revenue stream operations
- Preferably working towards professional finance qualifications
- Experience as a finance analyst preferable, including experience with operational planning, Planning Budgeting & Forecasting processes, management reporting, scenario analysis and modelling
- Experience working with large / complex datasets to run analysis and create reports

**KPIs/ Performance standards**
- Management feedback on quality, accuracy and timeliness of reporting
- Timeliness of budgets, forecasts and management reporting
- Consistency of data reported by regions
