**Votre nouveau poste...**

Dans le cadre d'un remplacement de congé maternité, vous aurez la responsabilité de la gestion du FP&A pour Legacy Discovery Networks, en collaboration avec notre centre d'excellence basé à Varsovie.

**Vos responsabilités...**
- La responsabilité de s'assurer que les chiffres de fin de mois sont corrects et d'expliquer toute divergence.
- Responsabilité de veiller à ce que les chiffres prévus correspondent aux prévisions réelles et d'expliquer tout écart par rapport aux prévisions antérieures.
- Réunions mensuelles sur les prévisions avec les directeurs des ventes (ventes directes et affiliés) pour assurer le suivi du budget et prendre des mesures correctives dès que possible.
- Tenir à jour mensuellement les risques et les opportunités.
- Fournir au CFO EMEA une tendance hebdomadaire des revenus d'adsales par rapport aux prévisions antérieures.
- Préparer des business plans basés sur des données qualitatives et quantitatives afin d'assurer une prise de décision bien fondée.
- En collaboration avec le management local, fixer des objectifs de vente pour les équipes adsales et affiliate.
- Coordination entre le responsable local et le centre d'excellence de Varsovie.
- Coordination et collaboration avec l'équipe locale et centrale pendant le processus budgétaire annuel.
- Répondre à toute demande ad hoc émanant du directeur général régional, du directeur financier de la région EMEA ou d'autres parties internes.
- Préparer/répondre aux questionnaires des autorités locales (ARCOM, autorités locales néerlandaises).

Principaux interlocuteurs:

- Les équipes FP&A France, Benelux and Africa
- Le centre d’excellence de Varsovie
- Les équipes financières et comptables régionales et globales
- Équipes commerciales locales (affiliate, adsales, marketing, etc.)

**Expérience et compétences**
- Master en gestion ou formation équivalente
- Expérience de plus de 5 ans en FP&A
- Solides compétences analytiques et capacité de réflexion stratégique
- Capable d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et d'établir des priorités de manière efficace dans un environnement international en constante évolution.
- Rigoureux et responsable
- Engagement important en matière de respect des délais
- Capacité à établir de bonnes relations avec les membres de l'équipe ainsi qu'avec les partenaires commerciaux
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement et à travailler conjointement avec d'autres départements et bureaux.
- Anglais courant à l'écrit et à l'oral
- Dynamique, flexible et curieux
- Maîtrise de l'outil informatique MS Excel et aisance avec les systèmes d'information.
