- Our client is a branding agency providing creative & communication solutions for national and international brands since 1988.
- Based in the heart of the Hasselt-Maastricht-Liège triangle, they count approximately 30 people.
- They work in close partnership with their client to understand their business goals and brand essence to deliver tangible results and long-term partnerships.

***About the mission**: The Account Director Branding reports directly to the Executive Director Client Services.
His main role is to nurture relationships with company clients. He also develops strategies to grow the client base and ensure that the team is providing quality, cost-effective services.
Amongst others, your responsibilities will include:

- You manage and develop the overall relationship with the key customers to ensure the creation of high-added value projects in line with the customer’s challenges.
- You are responsible to evaluate, quote and negotiate the proposed solution.
- You initiate the customer projects with the Strategic and Creative department and will have an active coordination role to respond to and exceed customer expectations.
- You manage and coach one or more project managers who will assist you in the day-to-day follow-up of your projects.
- You ensure project timelines, quality standards, and budget limits are met.
- You understand and interpret client’s DNA, specificities, and challenges to be a good business partner and anticipate their needs.
- You have a Master in Design or Marketing, Communication, or Economic Sciences
- You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English; Dutch being the most important of all.
- You have a strong experience, of at least 5 years, in brand design or packaging design in an agency context or with a publisher
- You have an impact in combination with strong commercial capacity and negotiation skills
- A proactive initiative-taker and driven by results
- A most pleasant team player with good organizational and time management skills
- You can deal well with time pressure and stressful situations
- You have developed an understanding of which creative route has to be created and its relevance to a client’s strategy
- You are recognized as a role model with good coaching skills for your more junior colleagues
