**Pour qui travaillerez-vous ?**
- Vous ferez partie d’une **équipe **hautement collaborative et à l’esprit positif**, constituée de 20 personnes dévouées à la communication à Bruxelles (350+ dans le groupe entier) qui s’attaquent chaque jour aux défis d’un monde en pleine mutation.

**Fonction**:
En tant que Digital Communications Manager, vous délivrerez des services de communication digitale pour un portefeuille de clients allant de start-ups à la Commission européenne.

Concrètement:

- Vous lancez et gérez des campagnes digitales efficaces et rentables en fonction des besoins des clients et suivez leur exécution avec une utilisation appropriée des budgets promotionnels (Social Media Ads, Google et YouTube Ads).
- Vous rédigez/traduisez tous types de contenus (social media posts, articles de blog, scripts de vidéos virales, newsletters, pages web, etc.).
- Vous monitorez et gérez les communautés en ligne de vos clients et les campagnes d’influenceurs.
- Vous établissez des rapports et analyses basés sur des KPIs prédéfinis.
- La gestion de certains projets inclut la gestion de personnes.

**Profil**:

- Vous avez une expérience éprouvée dans le domaine de la communication digitale.
- Vous maitrisez, le néerlandais, le français et l'anglais de manière professionnelle.
- Les réseaux sociaux, la communication digitale et la viralité de contenus online n’ont aucun secret pour vous.
- Vous avez une excellente connaissance des services Google, des plateformes de gestion des réseaux sociaux et des outils de design.
- Vous êtes très créatif et avez de l’expérience dans l’identification des publics cibles ainsi que dans l’élaboration de campagnes digitales qui répondent aux besoins/objectifs des clients.
- Vous êtes capable de comprendre des concepts abstraits et de les traduire d’une manière claire, créative et percutante.
- L'empathie n'est pas un vain mot pour vous, mais le secret pour ouvrir les cœurs et les esprits. Vous écoutez avant de parler et avez le don de transcender les aspirations des autres.
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'enseignement supérieur (niveau universitaire) en rapport avec nos activités.
