Quality Manager

The objective of the role as Quality Manager is to implement an optimal quality management system within the company. You will be responsible for ensuring that this system is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization to meet customer demands, various international standards and business requirements.
As an experienced Quality Coordinator, this is a great opportunity for you to take on a key position in a promising technology company and to build a team around you as the company grows.
**FUNCTION**
As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for all quality issues of the company both in terms of test management, withdrawal procedures and customer contacts, as well as international certifications.
You will report to the Senior VP Operations & Global Supply and be in close contact with the technical departments of the company's customers and suppliers, as well as with its R&D department.
Your tasks are separated in two main categories:
**1. Quality control**:
- Product Life Cycle and Product Maturity Management;
- PCN (Produc Change Notification) Management;
- PCRB process implementation and management;
- Quality issues (fails, crisis) management with customers;
- Failure Analysis: lead the technical root-causes of a failure highlighted internally or by the customer, in collaboration with the company's R&D team;
- Yield improvement program.
**2. Quality System**:
- Implementation of procedures and documentation to obtain various external certifications such as ISO 9001 and 14001 (creation of Company Process Maps and other quality documents in terms of products, suppliers, customers...);
- Product qualification Matrix management.

**PROFILE**
- You have a Master's or doctoral degree in engineering science (microelectronics);
- You have in-depth knowledge of the semiconductor industry including technical understanding;
- You have at least 5 years of successful experience in the quality field;
- You have good writing and communication skills in French and English;
- Rigor and organization are the key words that best describe you;
- You know how to be autonomous, but also have a very good team spirit;
- You are solution and customer oriented;
- Being certified Lean 6Sigma is a more;
- You already have management experience or wish to develop this aspect in the future.
**OUR PARTNER**
Our partner is a scale-up founded in 2014. Its objective? To ensure that connected objects consume as little as possible and recharge themselves autonomously thanks to the energy present in their own environment. To do this, it designs components (semiconductors) that can be adapted to the needs of its customers and that are capable of harvesting this energy, capturing the desired information and transmitting a signal. The company currently employs around forty people and has been growing steadily since its creation.
