Profile required
- Degree with an emphasis on communication/journalism is highly preferred.
- Ideally, 2+ years of Public Relations/communications/journalism experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proficient English speaker who enjoys working in an international, geographically dispersed company.
- Previous experience in communication or marketing for public affairs companies is a plus
- A strong team player who is comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in using WordPress, MailChimp, and Adobe Suit (Photoshop, Premiere ) are relevant to the role.
- Experience in Adobe Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics and PowerBI is a plus.

**Job Description**:

- As EPPA´s communications officer, you will participate in the development of company´s communication´s strategy and you will be responsible for its implementation. Your main objective will be to maintain and enhance the image and visibility of the company.
- Developing and leading the implementation of the company´s communication strategy.
- Manage social and digital media presence, and monitor activity through data analytics and reporting, particularly LinkedIn)
- Follow new digital marketing best practices and advise on potential improvement.
- Collaborate with the rest of the Marketing team to brainstorm and develop various marketing materials (e.g. social media, templates, brochures, logos ).
- Coordinate the development and the production of internal and external newsletters;
- Support in the organisation of company events.
- Lead other external and internal communications duties
