Houd je je graag bezig met het bedenken en ontwikkelen van apps, websites, platformen en interne applicaties?
Als Product Owner bij het consultancy team van iO België werk je in een team bij onze klant aan digitale oplossingen voor grote bedrijven als Johnson & Johnson, Roularta, KBC en andere kleppers. Je weet heldere roadmaps op te stellen en weet goed te schakelen met verschillende stakeholders.
In een multidisciplinair teams van de klant zorg je samen met je collega’s voor de uitrol van de perfecte applicaties en websites. Op tactisch en strategisch niveau stem jij met de klant af wat er wordt ontwikkeld. Je denkt mee en weet de klantvraag te vertalen naar een technische toepassing met impact. Waar jij je onder andere mee bezighoudt:
- Roadmaps bepalen met de klant richting de stip op de horizon, en het team meenemen in de visie daarop;
- Definiëren van backlogs en meehelpen met het opzetten van stories;
- Beslissingen nemen over werkzaamheden op basis van prioriteit en impact;
- Schakelen met stakeholders bij de klant, van de directeur op strategisch niveau tot de interne teams en redacties
- Bewaken van de visie en de objectieven zodat ze steeds in lijn zijn met de klantenverwachtingen.
- Feedback geven aan de development teams over de implementatie van de oplossingen
- Kiezen van de juiste partners en vendors bij het implementeren van nieuwe functionaliteiten
- Begeleiden van andere product owners en het helpen stroomlijnen van hun processen.
In deze rol switch je regelmatig tussen een accountmanagement en projectmanagement rol, maar hebt net zo goed de ruimte om jouw visie in de praktijk te brengen en om te zorgen dat bedrijven groeien.
Kennis is de basis van alles wat je bij iO doet. Je kunt groeien door te werken aan uitdagende projecten in kIeinschaIige teams. En je kunt jouw persoonlijke groeipad volledig zelf vormgeven, ook met behulp van een persoonlijk ontwikkelingsbudget. Daarnaast zijn er allerlei initiatieven waaraan je kunt deelnemen of zelf kunt organiseren zoals meet-ups, Expert Groups en lunch & learns.
Wat je meebrengt als Product Owner - Consultant
- Je hebt 5+ ervaring als bijvoorbeeld Scrum Master, Product Owner, Client Service Manager of Director Digital;
- Je hebt interesse in nieuwe technieken en andere ontwikkelingen in de markt;
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van hoe digitale producten worden opgebouwd en gemanaged binnen grote organisaties
- Je weet de visie van de klant uitstekend over te brengen en kan deze ook bewaken ;
- Daarvoor spreek en schrijf je goed Nederlands;
- Je bent een echte teambuilder en weet hoe je mensen enthousiast maakt.
