**About the role**- As a global building materials company, Etex Group is committed to creating sustainable living spaces that promote well-being and safety. That's why we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to help us attract and retain top talent across Europe.- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to support Etex Group's growth plans
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for key positions across Europe, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition

**About you**
- Experience working in-house or within an RPO environment
- Ability to manage relationships at all levels in a business, including ExComm
- Ability to be flexible to adapt to differing audiences
- Strong background working in talent acquisition, preferably in a multinational context
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent across different functions and geographies
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in one or more European languages
