**Algemene info**:
Als Solutions Delivery Manager RVS ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dienst na verkoop van het volledige Remote Video Solutions portfolio: RVS GO, PRO alsook MobileCam en CompactCam.

Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met zowel interne (binnen en buiten de BU Solutions) en externe (partners/subcontractors) stakeholders en neem je verantwoordelijkheid over het resultaat van het geheel.

**Wat ga je doen?**:

- Je volgt de dienstverlening nauwgezet op en zorgt ervoor dat alle aspecten geleverd worden en conform de SLA’s zijn.
- Je beheert eventuele escalaties en/of klachten over deze diensten en initieert de nodige verbeteracties waar nodig.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de correcte registratie van de dienst in de diverse tools over de diverse afdelingen. Zowel financieel, operationeel als technisch
- Je geeft leiding aan de Solutions Delivery Specialists RVS die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de initiële implementatie van de RVS diensten bij onze klanten. Je volgt deze activiteiten nauw op en rapporteert hiervoor de nodige KPI’s.
- Je beheert en plant onze beschikbare capaciteit zo optimaal mogelijk. Dit zowel op het vlak van resources (project vs service werk) alsook op het vlak van assets (stock & spares beheer). Je voorziet hierover tevens op regelmatige basis terugkoppeling naar Sales en Solutions Development.
- Je bouwt partnerships uit met externe installateurs teneinde onze installatiecapaciteit makkelijk te kunnen opschalen
- Je bent samen met de RVS technici verantwoordelijk voor de keuzes en invulling van de technologische apparatuur. Je volgt hierbij de policies en procedures die op lokaal en/of groepsniveau zijn bepaald. Je werkt hiervoor in nauw overleg met de Solutions Development die de eindverantwoordelijkheid heeft.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de processen en procedures nauwgezet gevolgd worden en werkt verbetervoorstellen uit waar nodig
- Je geeft leiding aan de RVS technici, die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de installatie, configuratie en indienstname van de RVS diensten bij onze klanten en de centrale platformen. Je volgt deze activiteiten nauw op en rapporteert hiervoor de nodige KPI’s.

**Wat verwachten wij van jou?**:
Als Solutions Delivery Manager beschik je typisch over volgende vaardigheden:

- Klanttevredenheid is voor jou een prioriteit
- Je beheerst zowel het Frans, Nederlands als Engels, zowel gesproken als geschreven, en communiceert vlot en bondig (per mail, telefonisch).
- Je bent stressbestendig en kan prioriteiten stellen in functie van de te realiseren doelstellingen
- Je bent een echte teamleader zowel ten opzichte van je eigen als de aanverwante teamleden
- Je beschikt minstens over 5 ervaring in een leidinggevende Service Delivery functie, bij voorkeur in de beveiligingssector
