**Your responsibilities**
- Provide end-user hardware and software support
- Monitor critical systems
- Log, categorize, diagnose, prioritize and resolve incidents
- Escalate incidents when necessary ensure good communication throughout the incident resolution lifecycle
- Provide support remote and on-site
- Keep our knowledge database up-to-date
- Improve process efficiency
