Overview
Role
- Coordinate the bid team supporting the Bid Leads in the preparation of the Public Tenders’ proposal, both at pan-European and member states’ levels
- Oversee, manage and further develop the end-to-end business process established to pursue Public Tenders, acting as a Center of Excellence for the Public Tenders in Europe
- Manage all the technical and administrative aspects related to the public tender proposals, including the briefing notes required for the authorizations and the approvals
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and assess competition
- Prepare and submit winning bids, meeting all technical and commercial requirements
- Monitor and report on the performance of the contracts, identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement
All About You
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Significant experience in bid management or contract administration in the public sector or a related industry
- Strong understanding of the public sector procurement process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English and another European language
- Location: Belgium
