Basically all Merkado cares about is that you have a growth mindset and a _get sh*t done mentality._
They are looking for a self-starter capable of independently leading several projects.
As their B2B / ‘Go to Market’ marketer you will tackle the following challenges:
- Identifying needs and pain points of our ideal customer profiles;
- Map these insights into a solid buyer journey;
- Creating sales & marketing assets that address all points along the buyer journey;
- Setting up push & pull campaigns to get these assets in front of their ICP’s eyes.
- Handing over quality leads to their sales department.

**Some extra information, what would a fictional/typical week look like ?**
On _Monday_, you team up with technology partner Channable for our big thought-leadership event we’ll co-organize. Let’s make sure everything’s set to impress
- Tuesdays_ are all about sticky notes and colored pens. You strategize the new social media content calendar. What cool stuff are you going to share with the world coming month?
On _Wednesday_ you have a sit down with the team. You’re laying the groundwork for a new case study. Let’s turn their valuable input into a story that really speaks to our prospects.
- Almost weekend_ You reach out through LinkedIn Automations (e.g. Phantombuster) to get new content pieces in front of your client’s eyes.
- Friday_ Almost weekend, but first you’ll finish that whitepaper on how digital ad spending is shifting towards marketplaces.
